One of the major differences:
Past vs Future Focused
Counselling, or psychotherapy, focuses on understanding, resolving and healing emotional trauma and pain carried through from the past.
Coaching is focused on the present and future.
Coaches help you to identify goals, leverage personal strengths and take action.

Yes. Coaching may be utilized in the following 3 examples:
For the purpose of proactively seeking support before symptoms reach a level that's clinically diagnosable. (see #3 for further clarification)
Simultaneously, along with counseling sessions as an added reinforcement.
Post counseling, after counseling goals are achieved, coaching may be utilized to propel you to discover/ pursue your life goals (ie. personal, professional, spiritual).

Yes. As a licensed professional I abide by the NASW code of ethics that coincide with my personal core values to protect your privacy.
Moreover, since our sessions are not billed through your medical insurance, we are not legally required to document clinical diagnosis, ie: There is no offical medical paper trail.

Yes. All of our sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
Each session topic is created to provide a foundation; spiritual structure. Your expressed desires and goals are a necessary key that uniquely determine the flow of your sessions and distinguishes your outcome.

Each coaching session is a personalized experience tailored to your unique needs and goals. Sessions focus on uncovering mental and emotional barriers, equipping you with biblical and practical strategies to achieve lasting transformation.

Each session is one hour in duration, providing ample time to address your concerns and work towards your goals in a focused, meaningful way.

After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a scheduling link. You can use this link to book your initial session and either schedule all sessions in advance or one at a time as needed.

If you encounter technical issues during a session, we will continue the scheduled appointment via phone until the issue is resolved. We will also work together over the phone to address the problem and ensure the session proceeds smoothly.

In the case you miss a session, the life coach will make an attempt to combine both sessions during the next schedule session. If you would like an entire makeup session, you can purchase a custom-tailored session for $200.00.

Yes! Individual coaching focuses on personal growth, mental freedom, and purpose, while couples coaching emphasizes strengthening the relationship, communication, and overcoming challenges as a team.

Each coaching module includes four sessions per module, and premium packages offer all three modules for a total of 12 sessions. Individual tailored sessions are also available if you’re looking for a one-time customized experience.
